Dusty in Nature♪ – Kamigata Onsen Ikkyu

Kyoto

”I want to go to a hot spring!”

Don’t you think so?

I often think about it.

I want to be healed in the great outdoors!

There are many hot springs in Japan.

And most of them are reasonably priced!

In this article, I would like to introduce one such onsen facility.

I got the wrong coupon.

One day, I wanted to go to a hot spring, so I went to a coupon site and searched for natural hot springs in Osaka City.

There are many hot springs in Osaka City.

While searching, I found a nice hot spring surrounded by trees!

I was thrilled to find such a place in Osaka City!

I was so excited that I snapped up the coupon.

Later I realized that the coupon I got was for a store in Kyoto….

Oh my god!

I’m in Osaka City today and don’t have time to go to Kyoto!

I thought. However, even though I had purchased the wrong onsen ticket, the facilities looked so nice that I decided to go there later!

So, off we go!

A few days after purchasing the wrong coupon, I decided to go to Kamigata Onsen Ikkyu!

From Osaka Station, take the JR Tozai Line via Kyobashi Station and get off at Kyotanabe Station.

From JR Kyotanabe Station, take the bus and get off at Ikkyu Onsen-mae.
(You can find the bus ticket on the website.)

It took about one and a half hours to get there.

Surrounded by beautifully manicured trees, a very elegant hot spring facility appeared.

I couldn’t help snapping a few photos.

The atmospheric interior

After the forest bathing in the trees, it was time to go inside.

There are pickles for sale.

There are pickles for sale and snacks to eat.

You can have a massage.

There is also a rest area.

The whole place is quaint and lovely!

The hot springs (Mtsuno-yu/Takino-yu) are also located in the midst of nature and offer a relaxing experience.

Please come and visit us!
