Let’s cook Takoyaki!

Food Introduction

Ingredients

・Takoyaki flour(If using flour, add “Dashi” that mean soup stock instead of water)
・egg
・ water 300cc
・Boiled octopus
・Tenkasu
・red ginger
・Takoyaki sauce
・Aonori (green laver)
・Dried bonito flakes
・Mayonnaise

~as you like~
・Cheese
・kimuchi (kimchi)
・Corn
・Mochi・・・etc.

Pour the mixture!


Mix Takoyaki flour, eggs, and water until no lumps remain!
Then pour the liquid mixture into the takoyaki machine.

IN the ingredients of your choice!

Cut octopus and other ingredients of your choice into bite-sized pieces and put them into the takoyaki machine one by one as described earlier!


Now all you have to do is grill them while spinning them around!


When the surface becomes crispy, take it out and add sauce, mayonnaise, aonori (green laver), and dried bonito flakes to your liking!


You can also chop up some green onions and eat them with soy sauce or ponzu♪
